عشرة في عقل (مئة في عقل مؤخرا)
Ten Moroccans in one mindعشرة في عقل هي عبارة أطلقها الإسبان عند إحتلالهم لشمال المغرب الأقصى . و معنى العبارة هو إشارة لغباء الفرد المغربي و جهله و عدم تعلمه و تعني كل فرد إسباني يساوي = 10 أفراد مغاربة و يقصد هنا العقول و نسبة الفهم و الاستيعاب
العبارة قام الجزائر بتبنيها للرد على المغاربة في النقاشات السياسية التي تخص قضايا البلدين
و هناك مصادر تقول بأن العبارة كان يستعملها الجزائريين من القدم لوصف الجالية المغربية في الجزائر التي كانت معروفة بنقص الفهم

L'expression « Dix dans la tête » a été forgée par les Espagnols durant leur occupation du nord du Maroc. Elle désigne la prétendue stupidité, l'ignorance et le manque d'instruction du Marocain moyen, sous-entendant qu'un Espagnol équivaut à dix Marocains, et donc à un niveau d'intelligence et de compréhension similaire. L'Algérie a adopté cette expression pour répondre aux Marocains lors de discussions politiques bilatérales. Certaines sources indiquent que les Algériens l'utilisent depuis longtemps pour désigner la communauté marocaine d'Algérie, réputée pour son manque de compréhension.
